Who can participate in the giveaways?

Our giveaways are open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec). Participants must be licensed drivers and of legal age of majority in their state, province, or territory (usually 18 years old).

How do I enter the current giveaway?

Entering is easy! Every dollar you spend in our store earns you entries into the giveaway. For example, if the current multiplier is 10X and you spend $100, you'll receive 1,000 entries! Our system automatically calculates your entries at checkout and submits them to our Sweepstakes Administrator for the drawing. Who can participate in the I made a purchase. Now, how do I know I’m entered?

Once you complete your purchase, our system will automatically record your entries. Whether you place one order or multiple, all of your entries will be automatically combined.

How is the winner chosen, and when will they be announced?

After the giveaway ends, we send all entry data to our Federally Compliant Sweepstakes Agency, American Sweepstakes. About a week later, they conduct a random drawing to select the grand prize winner and any alternates. The winner will be contacted via phone and email by the agency to verify their identity and eligibility. Once confirmed, we’ll announce the winner during an Instagram Live session, where we’ll personally call the winner for the first time!

How long does it take to process my order?

Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and shipping takes an additional 3-7 days. However, during periods of high order volume, processing times may extend to 6-12 days.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout.*NOTE: If you haven't received any emails from us after placing your order, it’s possible that there was a typo in your email address at checkout. Please reach out to our support team at customerservice@thespotsupplyco.com to verify or correct your email address.

My order hasn't shipped and it's past the stated times. What's happening?

Several factors can affect the processing and shipping time of your order. If you placed your order during a giveaway, it may take longer than the usual 6-12 day processing time due to high order volume. Occasionally, there may also be delays with our printing partner due to machine issues, bad batches, holidays, etc. However, don't worry. You're still entered even your order is taking longer than anticipated.

I selected the wrong size/color/item for my order. What should I do?

Can I get a refund on my order?

All sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds as each product is custom-made to order. Once your order is placed, your contest entries are immediately and automatically submitted to our sweepstakes company and cannot be withdrawn or altered.
