Once you complete your purchase, our system will automatically record your entries. Whether you place one order or multiple, all of your entries will be automatically combined.

After the giveaway ends, we send all entry data to our Federally Compliant Sweepstakes Agency, American Sweepstakes. About a week later, they conduct a random drawing to select the grand prize winner and any alternates. The winner will be contacted via phone and email by the agency to verify their identity and eligibility. Once confirmed, we’ll announce the winner during an Instagram Live session, where we’ll personally call the winner for the first time!

Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and shipping takes an additional 3-7 days. However, during periods of high order volume, processing times may extend to 6-12 days.

If you placed your order during a giveaway, it may take longer than the usual 6-12 day processing time due to high order volume. Occasionally, there may also be delays with our printing partner due to machine issues, bad batches, holidays, etc. However, don't worry. You're still entered even your order is taking longer than anticipated.

All sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds as each product is custom-made to order. Once your order is placed, your contest entries are immediately and automatically submitted to our sweepstakes company and cannot be withdrawn or altered.
